If cashback has not appeared, check:
If the maximum cashback waiting period has expired already. It can be found on each store's page.
If the period has expired and cashback has not appeared yet or has been declined, check:
- If the store's Terms & Conditions (stated on the store's page as well) have been met:
- The same applies to our cashback shopping rules.
If the period has already expired, the rules and store's T&Cs have been met, but your cashback has not appeared or has been declined, submit an appropriate request, using one of the corresponding forms under the "Help" section in your personal account.
