Combo cashback is a special offer where a purchase at one store unlocks increased cashback at another store.
For example: “Spend at least $40 at one of the specified stores and get 10× cashback at another store.”
Where can I find Combo cashback?
Available Combo cashback offers can be found in the LetyShops store catalog.
Combo cashback is displayed as a separate block where you can immediately see:
- the condition stores where you need to make a purchase;
- the reward store where you can get increased cashback;
- the increased cashback rate;
- the “Show details” button, where you can check the full terms and participating stores.
How does Combo cashback work?
On the offer page, you will see all the steps you need to complete.
For example:
- Make a purchase at one of the specified stores.
Spend the required amount at any of the condition stores listed in the offer. - Get increased cashback at another store.
After completing the first purchase, a special cashback rate will become available to you at the reward store specified in the offer. - Get the Combo cashback bonus.
The bonus will be credited after the cashback for all purchases participating in the offer has been confirmed.
In the “How it works” section, you can also check:
- the minimum required purchase amount;
- the condition stores where you can complete the first purchase;
- the reward store with increased cashback;
- the cashback multiplier;
- the maximum cashback amount;
- the offer validity period;
- additional participation terms.
How do I activate Combo cashback?
To activate Combo cashback, tap the card of one of the stores participating in the promotion. These stores are marked with a purple ribbon.
After activation:
- the offer timer will start;
- the remaining time will appear next to the stores participating in Combo cashback;
- the active Combo cashback offer will be displayed on the store pages;
- you will be able to go to the required store through LetyShops and complete the promotion conditions.
The timer shows how much time is left to complete all Combo cashback conditions.
After activation, you need to:
- make a purchase for the required amount at one of the specified condition stores;
- make a purchase with increased cashback at the reward store;
- make sure both purchases are completed before the timer expires.
Cashback may appear with a delay, but this does not affect whether the conditions are considered completed — the actual purchase date and time must fall within the timer period.
Important! Activating Combo cashback alone is not enough.
To get the Combo cashback bonus, you need to complete all offer conditions within the time shown on the timer.
If you activate the offer but do not make the required purchases in time, the Combo cashback bonus will not be credited.
The standard cashback terms of the respective store also apply to each purchase.
If one of the required purchases does not meet the store’s terms or its cashback is canceled, the Combo cashback bonus will also not be credited.
The terms of different offers may vary, so before making a purchase, always open “Show details” and check the current terms.
What restrictions apply to Combo cashback?
Minimum purchase amount
A minimum purchase amount is set for the condition store. All purchases made while the timer is active are taken into account, as their amounts are added together.
Once the total purchase amount reaches the required minimum, increased cashback at the reward store becomes available.
For example, the condition may be: “Spend at least $40 at one of the specified stores.”
If the total amount is lower, the Combo cashback condition will not be met.
Validity period
After activation, the offer is available for a limited time.
The remaining time is shown by a timer next to the stores participating in Combo cashback.
All required purchases must be made before this time expires.
You can always check the exact validity period in the details of a specific offer.
Stores for completing the condition
In some offers, the first purchase can be made at one of several condition stores.
For example, if five condition stores are listed, it is enough to make the required purchase at one of them.
After that, you can get increased cashback at the reward store specified in the second part of the offer.
Number of orders or items
Increased cashback may apply to a specific number of orders or items.
For most stores, this may be one order.
However, some stores may split one order into several separate items or transactions. In such cases, Combo cashback may apply, for example, to 3 items.
The exact number is always specified in the terms of the particular offer.
Maximum cashback amount
A maximum cashback amount is set for purchases with increased cashback at the reward store.
For example, the maximum cashback for such a purchase may be $25.
The exact limit is specified in the offer details.
When will the Combo cashback bonus be credited?
The Combo cashback bonus is credited after all purchases participating in the offer have been confirmed.
Cashback confirmation by stores may take some time, so the Combo cashback bonus may remain pending even after all required purchases have already been made.
The status of the Combo cashback bonus depends on the statuses of the related cashback transactions:
- if at least one cashback has the “Pending” status, the Combo cashback bonus will also remain “Pending”;
- if cashback for one of the required purchases is canceled and/or the total purchase amount does not meet the offer conditions, the Combo cashback bonus will also be canceled;
- if all required cashback transactions are credited and the offer conditions are met, the Combo cashback bonus will also be credited.
Where can I find the Combo cashback bonus after a purchase?
The cashback for your purchases and the Combo cashback bonus are shown in your account as separate transactions.
You may see:
- cashback for the purchase required to complete the first offer condition;
- cashback for the purchase with the increased rate;
- a separate Combo cashback bonus.
Why is the bonus shown separately?
The Combo cashback bonus is the difference between the cashback already credited for the order at the current rate and the cashback amount provided by the Combo offer.
For example, the store’s base rate is 5%. At the time of purchase, Hot Cashback ×2 is active, so you would normally get 10% cashback. The Combo offer gives ×5 of the base rate, which means 25%.
If the order amount is $40, your account will show:
- $2 — cashback at the current rate;
- $8 — Combo cashback bonus.
If all Combo offer conditions are met, you will receive $10 in total — 25% of the order amount.
If the Combo offer conditions are not met, the $8 bonus will not be credited, but the $2 cashback will remain according to the applicable cashback terms.
Tap the Combo cashback bonus transaction to view the related purchases and their statuses. If several orders or items participated in the offer, they will also be shown in the bonus details.
Why wasn’t the Combo cashback bonus credited?
The bonus may not be credited if:
- the purchase amount was below the minimum specified in the terms;
- one of the required purchases was made after the offer expired;
- cashback for one of the purchases was canceled;
- the store’s standard cashback terms were not met;
- not all Combo cashback steps were completed;
- the purchase was made outside LetyShops or without correctly activating cashback.
You can check the offer conditions through “Show details”, and the status of completed purchases in your account.
