If you are reading this article, then you have lost your cashback, unfortunately, another source received the reward for the order.
This situation occurs if:
- During the purchase, promotional codes/coupons/bonus points were applied that are not compatible with cashback.
- Items were found and added to the cart before being transferred from us.
- During the purchase, there was a click on some kind of advertisement, banner on the site.
- There are other extensions installed in the browser, besides ours, which can replace affiliate links and take cashback for themselves (for example, Adblock and other ad blockers).

P.S. And here are some recommendations in order not to lose cashback in the future:
- Add items to your cart only after switching from us.
- When buying from a computer, disable all browser extensions, except ours.
- After moving from us to the store, do not open other tabs in the browser.
