When the order is lost, and we could not find it in our system or figure out why that happened, we submit a claim to the store.
Unfortunately, not all stores accept these.
Accepted claims are reviewed by the store once in a certain period of time, on average, up to 8 weeks. Sometimes we receive a response earlier than that, sometimes later.
However, the news about an affirmative decision and successful confirmation of cashback is worth waiting a little ;) And we are always there to monitor the situation.
If we don’t get any response within 2 months from the date of application, we will contact you and do our best to solve the matter.
