First things first, make sure to check how much time has passed since have you placed the order. Generally, cashback reflects in your account within a day of the purchase, and in certain stores, it may take a few days. We always publish this information on the store page.
Sometimes we do not receive a commission from the store for an order.
Below are some of the main reasons why cashback may not be credited:
- Before making a purchase, you did not activate the offer on LetyShops. It is through the transfer from our website to the store, that our partners can determine that the order was placed with our service to provide us with the commission.
- The store's conditions have been violated. They are available on each partner store's page in the “Terms and Conditions” section. For example:
- The recommendations for making a purchase with cashback were not followed.
- When placing an order, third-party extensions that can overwrite/cut affiliate links or misappropriate cashback were active on your device. Those can include, Adblock, friGate, Aliexpress Seller Check, VPN/Proxy/Socks, and others. It is best to always deactivate them when shopping with cashback.
