For us to be able to track your order, we must be sure that the LetyShops cookie is the last one sent to the shop before your order has been made. It can be so that the active third-party browser extensions or some other agents change the cookie, trying in such a way to get a commission for your order instead of LetyShops. In such cases, it's impossible for us to credit cashback to you, since it has been stolen by one of those.
In general, cashback reactivation may be required in the following cases:
- If the third-party extensions are active and trying to change the cookie.
- If you have reached the required shop website from any other website, in particular from any discount provider, price comparison site or another cashback service.
- If there is any malicious software on your device trying to steal your cashback.
We highly recommend you deactivate all third-party browser extensions except the LetyShops one before shopping online. Please make sure that cashback has been successfully activated before purchase and the extension icon is green at all stages while making an order.
