Your payout request might have been declined due to the following reasons:
1. Errors in the details:
PayPal
- Your PayPal account has not been verified. Check and confirm it in your PayPal settings (how to do it).
- The PayPal email address is incorrect or non-existent. Create a new application by editing the details.
- You use PayPal from a different region than the region of your Letyshops account.
- Perhaps your PayPal account is blocked or there are other restrictions. In this case, you should choose another withdrawal method.
Bank Transfer / SEPA
- Check the details, including your bank account number / IBAN.
- You may be trying to withdraw funds to a bank account in a country other than the country of your Letyshops account. For example, you can withdraw funds from European Letyshops accounts only to accounts opened in the EU zone.
- To withdraw funds in India to a bank account or UPI, please also check the correctness of the IFSC code, address and phone number.
2. You have chosen a method of payout which is not available in your country/
3. Payout system has rejected your payment or temporary technical failure during processing (try choosing another payout method).
