This message may pop up if you have enabled any extension that blocks advertising.
Try to disable all the external extensions and re-attempt the transition to the store.

Opera browser has its own ad blocker.
Yandex browser has several ad blockers installed by default.
Another reason may be an activated “Anti-Banner” function in the Settings of Kaspersky Internet Security antivirus. To disable this function:
- Open the “Settings” window of Kaspersky Internet Security.
- In the “Settings” view, in the “Protection Center” section, turn off “Anti-Banner” by clicking the switch on the right.
- Close the application window.
