Cashback is awarded automatically as soon as the store sends us a confirmation of your order.
You can check the approximate confirmation date in the section “Orders and Finances”. Just place the mouse pointer on the question mark next to the cashback “Pending” status.
This date has been calculated according to the average time period of cashback confirmation that you can see on the web page of each store.
Since this is an average time period, cashback can be assigned either earlier than the specified date or somewhat later.
Most stores indicate both the average and the maximum waiting time for the cashback. If the maximum waiting time limit is over, please, message our Customer Care. We will do everything possible to help you.
